It’s never too early to plan your next adventure! We want to give everyone ample time to make plans for this event which is why we have coordinated with Royal Caribbean on the room packages that are available to book directly through them now!
The rooms we have reserved under the Pinball At Sea group are FULLY REFUNDABLE up to MARCH 29, 2027 so if you have a change of plans between now and next year, that’s okay!
A $500 fully refundable deposit is required upon booking your reservation with Royal Caribbean. Because you are in our group, it is 100% fully refundable by March 29, 2027.
Cruise Reservation Info:
We have reserved Balcony and Interior rooms all based on double occupancy.
Rates Per Room:
Interior: $1,776 ($888 per guest)
Double Occupancy (same price for a single occupancy, you have to pay for the whole room)
Balcony: $2,442 ($1,221 per guest)
Double Occupancy (same price for a single occupancy, you have to pay for the whole room)
If you need a triple or quad room, your rate will be the open rate when you call in. We only have double occupancy rooms held for the group. In the case of a triple or quad, the $500 is not refundable. You still need to provide the reservationist the group name and number.
In addition, we have reserved the 7:30 pm dining time for group dinner seating. You can change your dining time to one of the other times offered but you will not be sitting with other attendees.
Transportation to and from the ship are the guest’s responsibility. There is parking at the cruise terminal (fee) and you can arrange through RCCL a shuttle from either airport or you can arrange your own transportation through Uber, Lyft, or you can find private car transportation online.

Pinball At Sea FAQ
Can I attend without being a Barrels Reserve member or purchasing the Pinball At Sea Event Package?
Yes. We love cruises as much as we love pinball and we’d be glad to have you join us and other pinball community members to add to the great social atmosphere cruises offer! However, the official Pinball At Sea events will be exclusive to Barrels Reserve members who have purchased the event package.
What If I am Traveling Alone?
Our Pinball At Sea room reservations are based on double occupancy rooms (2 guests per room) so even if you are traveling alone, the room rate is the same for one individual. We recommend finding a fellow pinball friend as a roommate to maximize your value.
